Office staff is incompetent and communicates poorly with patients. See other 1-2 star reviews, same complaint - so let me add mine. During my last visit the office manager actually read out loud to other patients and staff what my insurance deductible was. When I said I wish you had kept my information private, her response was "We don't have a private room." Think on that for moment. Further - they now charge you upfront money beyond your co-pay prior to submitting to your insurance. they are profiteers. You have been warned. Note: this is the second bad office experience I've had with them and the first time ever I've had an issue at a doctor's office in 45 years. Dr. Krivoy may be a good doctor, but his staff and financial policy is not.

Dr. Krivoy has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. I have recommended him to several friends and family members who are now regular patients. Dr. Krivoy is thorough, skilled, knowledgeable about all of the latest developments in eyesight and glaucoma treatments and prevention, and he has an excellent rapport with his patients. He seems to love what he does, and is good at it. The support staff is also very competent and friendly.

Dr. Fazio is excellent. She is very thorough and professional. I started seeing her after being diagnosed with glaucoma, and experiencing a retinal tear after cataract surgery. My glaucoma is under control & my vision is excellent. She has taken good care of me throughout this process.

Everyone was very nice and polite. I had asked them to call me back about my prescription and they were very informative. They explained everything in detail to me and it helped me out a lot.
