Dr. Krivoy has served as principal investigator in numerous clinical trials evaluating new surgical devices, drug delivery systems, and medical therapies for glaucoma — contributing to the development of treatments that are now available to patients nationwide.
Our participation in clinical research means that our surgeons have hands-on experience with emerging technologies before they reach the market. When a new treatment becomes available, our doctors have often already been using it in a research setting, giving our patients the benefit of that early expertise.
Our research focus areas include minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) devices, sustained drug delivery implants for drop-free glaucoma management, novel IOP-lowering therapies, and new diagnostic and monitoring technologies.
